Stephen Joyce's New Book to be launched at The Cairn

Stephen Joyce, Author, is delighted that Patsy Cavanagh has made the Cairn Theatre available for the launch of his new book Golden Days in Donegal.

Stephen is aiming to raise €1,000 initially to support dyslexic children in Inishowen and welcomes the opportunity to link the book's launch to the Cairn's 'Shades of Ireland' evenings. "I admire what Patsy is doing at the Cairn", said Stephen, "to promote Irish History and Inishowen Heritage through song, drama, story telling and music."

On Sunday 17th July from 7 - 9pm, The Cairn Special Scots - Irish evening will celebrate the launch of the book and illustrate the links between Scotland and Inishowen. Light refreshments will be available and Patsy and Stephen look forward to this first Irish - Scots link up to promote our shared Celtic heritage. Everyone is welcome to this free evening and any donations will go to Solas and Action Inishowen's work to support children with dyslexia and their families.
