Quigley’s Point Community Centre Open Day - Sunday 25th October 2009

This is a celebration to thank everyone in the community for contributing to the weekly lottery and those who volunteer their time running activities in the Community Centre.

It is also a time to give official recognition of the funding we have received from state and local agencies; and to thank our public representatives for the support they have given to our Centre re-development project over the past several years.

1:30 p.m. ribbon cutting ceremony

2:00 p.m. start of Halloween Fun Sponsored Walk for adults and children to raise money for the Golden Circle Senior Room.

Community Centre open all day for tours and viewing. Space offered in the Centre for community groups/activities to showcase their work and talents.

Activities and demonstrations on offer throughout the day.

Tea and refreshments served. Music and entertainment by local artists.
