Planning Applications for 277 Houses in the Ballybrack/Drumaweir/Ballymacarthur Area

Trish Murphy, Representative of the Ballybrack Residents Group, phoned our office today (24th October 2006), to ask if we were aware of recent planning applications for the construction of forty two houses and a guesthouse/restaurant (including 2 apartments) at Chapel Field, Ballybrack. The Ballybrack Residents Group feel that this will have a serious negative impact on the Ballybrack area and community.
