Moville Summer Festival 2006

This year the Foyle Festival will be held between 2nd and 7th August. The Moville Regatta will take place on 6th and 7th Moville. The organisers have a full programme, with fun for all ages, from bouncy castle to live music in the streets most nights. To see the programme Click Here

The committee would like to thank the third year pupils at Moville Community College for their efforts in designing a logo for the Moville Summer Festival. There were lots of excellent entries The winner was Helena Gillen whose logo will now be used on the festival website

At a recent meeting, interest in the Moville Regatta has been revived and a new committee has been formed. New chairman is Danny McGettigan, Secretary is John Steele and joint treasurers are Paddy Gillen and Harold Kane. The committee would ask anyone who would like to get involved and help the regatta weekend to get in touch with any of the members. For information on races contact John Steele at 074 9382119.
