MAY 2007
Cycling Challenge over the June Bank Holiday Week-end
in aid of The Niall Mellon Township Challenge 2007
Both my husband Mike and myself (Carmel Baker) are taking part
in the Niall Mellon Township challenge 2007 and between us we need
to raise €8,000. The challenge to build 150 houses in a South
African township in just over a week will take place the first week
in November. For further details see www.irishtownship.com
We are currently writing to local businesses and would very much
appreciate any amount of sponsorship that we would receive.
In addition to this, over the June bank holiday week-end we intend
to cycle between Inishowen and Inis Mór in Galway as a fundraising
event (If we're down in time to get the Ferry, otherwise we'll be
stopping in Galway). So if you see us on the road cycling or some
of our collectors out with buckets on Friday 1st June please support
us, we appreciate any amount of money.
