Moville St. Patrick's Day plans

Moville's St. Patrick's Day parade is celebrating its 18th birthday this year and Eamon McLaughlin one of the organisers has announced that they have laid on live music on a mobile stage in the market square. Saoirse will be playing live on the rig from 5pm - 7pm. On Sunday while Sean Loughery and his band will be playing live before and after the parade on the big day itself. A bouncy castle to entertain the children will also be in situ and organisers are hoping to build on last year's successful parade.

Organisers are hoping for around 35 entries with the Muff accordion band and a number of other marching bands already lined up. The parade will assemble at the Waterfront car park at 2pm and commence at 2.30pm sharp.
