8th Annual Inishowen Vintage Show

Inishowen Vintage Show is now in its 8th year and the plans are now in their final stage with a large selection of side shows planned. Including the ever popular tractor building, in which this year there will be three teams participating: Inishowen, Ballygawley and Mount Bellew. This year we have the pleasure of Mr. Michael Hoey who will be sending us one of his rarest models: an immaculate DOE 130, bought at Chieftains sale in England and restored last year this 130 HP tractor consists of 2 165 HP preforce Ford 5000 joined together and is a very impressive sight. This tractor has only worked 5080 hours from new and was used for spraying in Essex, England.

This year we will be having an auction on the evening of the show auctioning off the tree trunk sculptures and the corn and straw from the threshing and any other produce from the day

This year we will also have the hilariously funny poteen makers, roller reversing, threshing demonstrations, digger driving trials, butter churning and basket making along with numerous other craft stalls and trade stands.
