Moville Community Alert Celebrates 8 years

On Tuesday 15th June 2004 Moville Community Alert held their 8th Annual General Meeting in McNamara's Hotel. John Dockery, Liaison Garda, has been involved with the committee since they were formed, and has recently retired, was there to wish them luck in the future, and hand over the role of Liaison Garda to Dermot Hegarty.

A new committee was elected and they will be working on obtaining an annual grant from Social Services. Anyone who is eligible for a help line or outside lights please contact William McCorkell @ 0868381552, as names will be forwarded to Social Services within the next few weeks.
