ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT WORKS FOR MOVILLE

Donegal County Council has given the green light for environmental streetscape improvement works in Moville.

ESN and Eircom cables will be placed underground, providing a new watermain with new storm drainage and sewer, new pavements and also a newly surface street and new street furniture.

The area involved will be The Main Street from the junction at James's Street down to the existing bridge on the Redcastle Road. The works will also lead to improve sight-lines for motorists in some areas. The project is due to begin in early 2005.
