The properties have ramps at the front door, making access easy for prams, buggies or wheelchairs. Lawned area to front. Ample Parking

Ground Floor: Entrance Hall with open stairway. Sitting Room with open fireplace and view of the sea and on a clear day you could also see the Scottish Islands and Hills. Kitchen is open plan with fitted units, fridge freezer, and electric cooker with a sea view Dining Area to the front, back entrance hall leads to Utility Room and Toilet. Bedroom 1 - Sleeps 3 and next door is a wheelchair accessible Wet Room with Open shower, toilet and washhand basin. Hotpress with towels and extra bed linen.

First Floor: Bedroom 2 - with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite with Shower. Bedroom 3 - with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite with bath.

The Landing has a Velux Window which catches the evening sun and is the ideal spot to relax with your favourite book or glass of wine.
