The cottage is literally minutes from shorefront which provides a variety of amenities including: excellent beaches, scenic drives (Inishowen 100), playpark, kayaking, rowing club, crazy golf, horse riding, pitch & putt, tennis court, putting green with an excellent outdoor coffee shop. The cottage is within 20 minutes drive from the walled City of Derry which has recently been awarded the UK City of Culture 2013. The Lough Foyle Greencastle - Magilligan Ferry is a 5 minute drive away which gives easy commuting access to the North Antrim Coast including the famous Giant's Causeway and The Bushmill's Distillery.
