The house is overlooking the shore front and there are great views over Lough Foyle. Moville Harbour lies a little to the right, and there are picturesque views of fishing boats, yachts and other small craft. The house is literally minutes from shorefront which provides a variety of amenities including: excellent beaches, scenic drives (Inishowen 100), playpark, kayaking, rowing club, crazy golf, horse riding, pitch & putt, tennis court, putting green with an excellent outdoor coffee shop. The house is within 20 minutes drive from the walled City of Derry which has recently been awarded the UK City of Culture 2013. The Lough Foyle Greencastle - Magilligan Ferry is a 5 minute drive away which gives easy commuting access to the North Antrim Coast including the famous Giant's Causeway and The Bushmill's Distillery.
